Ian is an amazing mentor. In the past, I've had sessions with other mentors where is felt like I was just being talked at and it really discouraged me from further seeking mentorship, but that was until my session with Ian. He truly makes you feel welcome and heard, it really felt like I was talking to a friend who also gave great career advice. I highly recommend him to anyone as a mentor!
